Achieving the right right frame of mind is critical for leaders to make great decisions. With a process honed over the past 20 years, the Zone has a tried and true method for applying hands on leadership consulting. This intimate approach to reach mindfulness is an applied method not readily translatable in the typical consulting rhetoric of graphs and tables. The Zone came to us to seek how they could carve out their own peaceful niche online.

Our full process for design and development always involves a kick-off workshop. The Zone being the highly engaged consultants that they are took us through their full model with one week hands on reflection, showing us their tools, reflecting on their cases and opening themselves up for what was a truly singular connection. We set out to help them prove that seeking high performance and happiness were not mutually exclusive.
